These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sylvieaurelle.co.uk (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Sylvie Aurelle. The Site is operated by Phoenix Foundry Global Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17306271), trading as Sylvie Aurelle, whose registered office is at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order.

2. Products

We take care to describe and picture our products accurately. However, colours may appear differently on different screens, and slight variations between the photograph and the item you receive can occur. Product images are for illustration. All products are subject to availability.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We may correct errors in pricing or product information, and may change prices at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. Payment is taken when you place your order, through our payment provider.

4. Your order and our contract

After you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement is not acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch the items to you. If we cannot fulfil your order — for example, an item is unavailable or there was a pricing error — we will contact you and refund any amount paid in full.

5. Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout and on our product pages are estimates, not guarantees. Some items are dispatched by our fulfilment partners, which may affect timing. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

Our returns and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: you have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items for a refund of the item price; for change-of-mind returns you arrange and pay return postage; faulty, damaged or incorrect items are put right at our cost. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, the "Sylvie Aurelle" and "The Effortless" names, graphics and design — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it. We may restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being breached.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as we supply to consumers and not for business use. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as supplier disruption, courier delays or postal strikes. If such an event occurs, we will let you know and take reasonable steps to reduce its effect.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in effect on the date you place it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
