Choose the delivery speed that suits you at checkout. Here's everything you need to know.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed the next business day. The delivery estimates below are in addition to this processing time.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Some items are sent by our fulfilment partners, so times can vary. You'll choose your preferred option at checkout.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking within a few days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us at hello@sylvieaurelle.co.uk.
Delays
Occasionally, delivery may take longer than estimated due to courier delays, high demand, or circumstances outside our control. Choosing Express speeds up transit but doesn't remove the possibility of a courier delay. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help track it down.
Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (an additional charge may apply).
Missing or lost parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, please check with your household and neighbours first, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate with the courier.
