Shipping & Delivery

Everything you need to know about how and when your Sylvie Aurelle order reaches you.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery

Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 4–8 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery cost

• Orders over £50: free UK delivery.
• Orders under £50: a flat £4.99, shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. If you haven't received it within a few days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us at hello@sylvieaurelle.co.uk.

Delays

Occasionally delivery may take longer than estimated due to courier delays or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (an additional charge may apply).

Missing or lost parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, please check with your household and neighbours first, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate with the courier.
